Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Genral Electric 55.154607G2/G41 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued George-Kovacs products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gurley-Precision-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Grainger-Dayton product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader George-Kovacs such as the P8203044BL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8235H3600CDPA1000M manufactured by Gurley-Precision-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most Gurley-Precision-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3XE22 by Manufacturer Grainger-Dayton as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Greenlee-Tools Brand EK425LXK22 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Grinnell such as 8320A6 equipment made by Grinnell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Grinnell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Grinnell" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GA700006A0 made by Glentek as well as the popular ACS550U10384 original spares produced by Goulds

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4013420132 by Giddings--Lewis and 8320A6 spares by Grinnell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AECW Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Haas.
